How Our Journey Began

Our pharmacist realised that his pharmacy training - while excellent for clinical practice - left a significant gap when it came to nutrition, environment and lifestyle medicine. Too many people were being told there was little more that could be done, when in reality there was a whole world of natural health that simply wasn't part of the standard curriculum.

Fed up of not getting anywhere with the advice available through normal channels, he tried everything that was marketed as "healthy" - the popular health foods, the mainstream nutrition advice… and found that much of it didn't deliver what was promised. The full picture turned out to be more nuanced.

"After over fifteen years of studying natural methods of health and spending tens of thousands of pounds testing various products and claims, he wants to share what he's learned about the parts of health that aren't covered in standard pharmacy or medical training - the nutrition, environment and lifestyle factors that make a real difference."

So he started a health journey and personal awakening that led him to discover a whole new world of health - one rooted in the basics our ancestors lived by, often without thinking about them: real food, fresh air, movement, sleep, low toxic exposure, and strong community. These are the foundations modern research keeps coming back to.

He found that conventional approaches often addressed symptoms brilliantly but rarely got to the root cause. Many things he'd accepted as established health wisdom turned out to be incomplete - or in some cases, simply wrong. Substances in our environment and food supply that were considered safe deserved much closer scrutiny.

He's here to share what he's discovered about common health assumptions that don't hold up under closer examination - so you can make truly informed choices rather than following outdated or commercially influenced advice. With so much conflicting information out there, some of it going against our basic common sense as human beings, it's easy to feel confused. This has a significant influence on our decision-making and beliefs.

He developed an approach that combines his conventional pharmacy knowledge with natural health research - offering a more complete picture than either could provide alone. He used what he learnt by giving the knowledge to others and also used it himself - and now has an abundance of health and glowing vitality. He called his unique health programme F7R3. As the name suggests, it has gone through many revisions and heartache to finally reach a stage ready for helping the general public take a truly holistic approach to their health. He believes it to be one of the most complete programmes of its kind.

No. Our consultations are educational and complement, rather than replace, your conventional medical care. We do not diagnose conditions or prescribe medications, and we never advise stopping any treatment prescribed by your doctor. Our work focuses on nutrition, environment and lifestyle foundations alongside the care you already receive.
Our pharmacist holds a Master of Pharmacy (MPharm) degree and is registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). He has additionally completed over 15 years of independent study into nutrition, environmental health and natural medicine. Note: "Nutritionist" is not a legally protected title in the UK.
A typical session lasts around 60 minutes. We discuss your completed questionnaire, your health priorities, and your current routine. We explore foundations including nutrition, environment, sleep, movement, stress and any medications you take. You leave with an educational plan tailored to your situation.
No. We don't sell any health products and have no commercial affiliations with manufacturers, supplement companies or retailers. Our recommendations are independent. If we suggest a specific brand, it's based on our independent research and we receive no commission for doing so.
In-person sessions are typically in the North West of England (we visit your home or business). For clients elsewhere in the UK, we offer video and email consultations. Discovery calls are always conducted by phone or video.
No - and you should be wary of anyone who does. Health outcomes are individual: your genetics, your environment, your lifestyle, your effort. What we promise is honesty, evidence-informed guidance, and a plan built around you alone. We work alongside your medical care, not in place of it. The work is yours. The roadmap is ours.
Yes - in fact, our pharmacist's background means he can review your current medications in the context of nutrient interactions and lifestyle factors. We will always advise you to discuss any changes with your prescribing doctor or pharmacist, and we never instruct anyone to alter or stop prescribed medication.
The discovery call is complimentary (15 minutes). Initial consultations start from £120 (60 minutes). Multi-session programmes start from £850. Final pricing is confirmed during your discovery call based on your individual needs and which programme is most appropriate.
